Center for Exceptional Care
The RVNAhealth Center for Exceptional Care is a true community health and wellness facility, located at 27 Governor St. in Ridgefield, CT. Members of the community can visit us to receive information on a variety of topics, including nutrition counseling, travel health and first aid training. We host a variety of programs throughout the year, often in partnership with organizations such as AARP, Lyme Connection and the Town of Ridgefield.
Our Center for Exceptional Care is home to a Health Education Center, a teaching kitchen (Nutrition Education Center), a Center for Caregiver Support, and a board room where organizations in the community frequently hold meetings.
On the lower level of 27 Governor St. is RVNAhealth Rehabilitation & Wellness Center, which includes private treatment rooms, a gym with state-of-the-art fitness equipment, parallel bars and other therapeutic apparatus.
The Center for Exceptional Care is a key part of our focus on being prepared with the staff, technology, skill and knowledge to respond to healthcare reform, community health needs, emergencies and disasters, as well as future home healthcare needs.
