We offer two types of flu vaccines, plus pneumonia vaccines. Learn about RVNAhealth safety protocols and payment/insurance.

FOUR OPTIONS FOR GETTING A FLU SHOT

In 2020, RVNAhealth offered flu shots in four easy ways:

OPTION 1:

At RVNAhealth by Appointment

27 Governor Street, Ridgefield CT
As of December 1, appointments are available at the following times.

  • Mondays – Fridays, 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
To schedule an appointment,  please call our office at 203-438-5555.

Please note Walk-ins are strongly discouraged to avoid over-crowding and extended waits. Appointments take priority. RVNAhealth may ask walk-in patients to return at another date or time.

Please complete the flu consent form before coming to your appointment.  A form must be completed for each person who plans to receive the vaccine.

Tip:  It is easiest to complete the consent form on a phone/tablet so you can easily upload a photo of your insurance card.

OPTION 2:
