Nutrition Services

RVNAhealth offers nutrition services and programs through our registered dietitians, Meg Whitbeck, MS, RDN and Ava Safir, JD, MS, RDN.

The goal of our nutrition services is to help you refine your diet for optimal health, healing, enjoyment and energy, whether you are working to manage a medical condition or training for your first road race.  Our clients represent all ages and stages of life and health.

RVNAhealth Nutrition Services Include:

Individualized Nutrition Counseling: private one-on-one consultations, personalized nutrition plans, and family-based meal planning to help you meet your specific health goals.

Pediatric Nutrition Counseling: for your child’s specific weight or growth concerns including, but not limited to: infant feeding support, picky eaters, eating disorders, food allergies and intolerances, and athletic needs.

Medical Nutrition Therapy: for chronic health conditions including, but not limited to: diabetes, cancer, heart disease, autoimmune weight management, and inflammatory bowel conditions.

Fees

Initial Consultation at RVNAhealth $95 for 75 minutes

Follow-Up Visit at RVNAhealth $65 for 30-45 minutes

In-Home Consultation/Visit $120 for 60 minutes*

Teaching Kitchen Visit at RVNAhealth $75 for 60 minutes

*In-Home Consultations are subject to schedule availability.
