Manage chronic and acute health conditions through diet and activity. Ideal for improvement/management of clinical conditions like pre-diabetes, diabetes, arthritis, high cholesterol, and high blood pressure while limiting medication use.

Nutrition Counseling and Exercise Prescription:
3-session program

90-minute initial visit [60-minute nutrition/30-minute exercise planning]

Two 45 min follow-up visits: nutrition and/or exercise; dictated by client need
