    For patients suffering from the aftermath of a fall, we offer a unique strength and balance retraining program known as Otago, which helps patients reduce their risk of falls or other injuries. The Otago program gives focus to muscle strength and balance as well as flexibility and reaction time. When patients complete their initial balance assessment, our therapists can then work together to design a customized treatment plan that is tailored to the individual functioning level and health needs of the patient.
