Public Health and Safety

RVNAhealth has a long history of supporting public health and safety in the communities where we serve. In emergency situations – from disease outbreaks to snowstorms and power outages – RVNAhealth has been designated by the Ridgefield Health Department as a resource for health support in the community. We also provide support when needed in surrounding towns in our service area.

Pandemic Response

RVNAhealth is an official Connecticut Department of Public Health (DPH)- approved COVID-19 vaccine provider. We work in partnership with local governments in Ridgefield and other towns to provide residents with COVID-19 vaccines and educational resources. Learn more here.

Disease Intervention

When the Ridgefield Health Department receives notification of a communicable disease case, RVNAhealth is an integral part of the investigation – providing essential support through interviews, testing, health education, counseling, and guidance.
