How Lifeline Works: RVNAhealth offers Philips Lifeline Medical Alert services as a monthly subscription. We deliver, install, and conduct free maintenance on your equipment.  Users have access to immediate help in the event of a fall or other emergency. Through the press of a pendant or wrist band button, or by auto-fall detection (depending on equipment selected), users are connected immediately to a trained Lifeline associate – with access to the wearer’s profile – who assesses the situation and seeks appropriate help, be it a designated neighbor, family member, or emergency assistance.
