Protect a Caregiver with PPE

Way back when in early March 2020, many of us were unaware of the acronym PPE. Personal Protective Equipment — the gear worn by health care workers to prevent the transmission of infection. PPE includes masks (both surgical and N95s), gowns, gloves, shoe covers, goggles, barriers. It also includes accessories like hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes which health care workers use all the time.

Now, most of us know what PPE means and we know that there’s a nationwide shortage.

Every day, RVNAhealth is doing all we can to secure PPE to protect our front line team as we serve the increasing number of COVID-19 patients. This will persist for weeks. We are tapping all resources in the effort and the costs are very high. But we can’t do it any other way.

RVNAhealth needs PPE to keep our team and patients safe.

Today, we invite you to meet our team and help us protect them by contributing funds to support our unprecedented PPE purchases. Your generosity will keep our team safe and allow them to do what they do best — take care of those who need it.
