Specialty – or favorite OT challenge
In my role, I evaluate and devise patient-specific plans of care and meaningful goals for patients to progress back to baseline function. I treat patients with various diagnoses using creative and innovative interventions. I have a specific interest in Neurology.

When and how did you decide to become an OT, or were you born knowing?
I was born knowing. ????

If you could offer one tip to people, based on your experiences as an OT, what would it be?
It is important to maintain a healthy lifestyle to assist us in aging gracefully. Maintaining our strength is an important part of remaining independent and assuring the best optimal quality of life. Exercise programs can be modified to fit anyone’s needs regardless of age or physical level.
