A practicing physical therapist since 1980, Elaine Hriston-Zech has over 20 years of experience specializing in orthopedic and manual therapeutic techniques.
Elaine is certified in Kinesio Taping along with numerous manual therapy techniques including myofascial release, craniosacral, muscle energy and McKenzie techniques, and has significant functional movement, Reiki, and vestibular experience.
Elaine received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from University of Hartford and her post-baccalaureate Physical Therapy degree from Columbia University. Elaine works in our state-of-the-art RVNAhealth Rehabilitation and Wellness Center in Ridgefield, CT as well as with patients in their homes.
