Sarah Triano, OTR/L

Occupational Therapist

In her role as an occupational therapist at RVNAhealth, Sarah Triano, OTR/L, helps patients return to their activities of daily living (ADL, which includes bathing, dressing and personal hygiene).

She works with patients of various diagnoses, both orthopedic and neurological – ranging from rotator cuff repair, total shoulder replacement, tennis elbow, and basic hand dysfunction to Parkinson’s disease and stroke patients. After evaluating each patient, she devises a patient-specific plan of care and meaningful goals to help the individual progress back to their baseline functioning.

Sarah earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Iona College, as well as a second bachelor’s degree in Health Science and a master’s in Occupational Therapy, both from Mercy College. She also holds a Health Counseling certification.

Sarah resides in Ridgefield with her husband Paul, and their children, Aiden and Mia. In her free time, she can be found with her family, enjoying the outdoors.
