No Show Fee: The Consultation Fee is non-refundable. Travel restrictions and guidance are constantly changing and our nurse starts researching your trip as soon as the appointment is scheduled. Once you schedule an appointment your credit card will be charged the Consultation Fee. Any vaccines that are needed will be billed on the day of your appointment, after the vaccines have been administered.
