Mortality Over Muffins
This café-style, two-part program is led by RVNAhealth’s hospice experts and hosted by our partners and friends in neighboring towns. The program is for all ages and the intent is simple: to get everybody thinking and talking about end of life choices and decisions – well before they happen. Making decisions in advance can bring deeper meaning (and less stress) at the end of our lives for both ourselves and our loved ones. We can focus on who we are, what we want, and what is important to us.
Session 1 of the program is for discussion, education, stories, and a little bit of homework. Session 2 is for participants to share their thoughts, progress, and experiences following the first session.
To see all of our upcoming events and classes, please visit our calendar page. All programs are held at RVNAhealth at 27 Governor Street in Ridgefield unless noted otherwise.
I participated in a fantastic health awareness program with RVNAhealth and it was truly life changing. I learned so much valuable information about diet, habits, and supplements — among many other things — and I have and will continue to apply them to my life.”
