RVNAhealth Nutrition Cancelation Policy:

Missed Appointment Policy

Our goal is to provide quality nutrition services to all our clients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our providers, but our other clients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.

Appointment Cancellation

When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. In order to be respectful of your fellow clients, please contact us as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.

If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 48-hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time.

How to Cancel Your Appointment

If you need to cancel your appointment, please e-mail us at nutrition@rvnahealth.org.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows

A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 48-hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, we will charge the patient a missed appointment fee.

For new patients’ first appointments, a no show or late cancellation will result in a full charge of the new patient fee.

Cancellation Policy for Events and Classes

Our space holds limited seating and capacity, and many of our Events and Classes sell out. For this reason, we request that you cancel at least 1 week before your scheduled Event/Class. This will allow us to offer your spot to another participant. You may e-mail us at nutrition@rvnahealth.org to cancel.

Please note, we do not offer refunds. However, if you give us at least 1 week notice of your need to cancel, we will credit your payment toward another Event/Class. However, if you do not cancel with at least 1-week notice, you will lose any payments you have already made.
