Chief Clinical Officer

Keri Linardi, RN, BSN, PHN, CHPCA, oversees all of RVNAhealth’s clinical service lines, as well as the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement teams. As chief clinical officer, Keri ensures that our services, spanning in-home skilled nursing, rehabilitation, hospice, and individual and community health and wellness, meet and exceed the needs of our patients and their families.

With more than two decades of healthcare experience, Linardi is a seasoned clinical executive and practitioner who has managed multifunctional teams at large home health and hospice organizations. Most recently she served as vice president of hospice at VNA Health Group in New Jersey, where she specialized in palliative and end-of-life care. Prior to joining RVNAhealth in 2018 as CCO, Linardi, a certified hospice and palliative care administrator (CHPCA), supported our hospice accreditation process as a consultant. “Seeing the hospice service line become accredited and grow into a full-fledged end of life care program has been exciting and rewarding,” she says.

Linardi is a passionate advocate for continued development and advancement of clinical health at RVNAhealth. Her vision includes increased coordination between the clinical service lines to provide education to the community on differing health topics, development of specialty programs that include certified practitioners in respective areas, developing the current palliative care program to insure all clinical practice guidelines are in line with the fourth edition standards just released. She is also a strong advocate of taking a data-driven approach to identify population trends for improved outcomes.

Keri’s passion, along with her commitment to RVNAhealth’s future, is a recipe for success. “I am impressed with the authenticity of RVNAhealth’s mission and by the strong integration of individual and community care across service lines that serve a lifetime,” she says. “Being invited into patient and family homes — and lives — is a privilege that RVNAhealth takes very seriously, and I enjoy helping the team remain strong, reliable, and poised for ongoing progress and growth. RVNAhealth has an excellent reputation in the communities we serve, and I am proud to be a part of the team.”

Linardi received a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing as well as her Public Health Nurse Certification from Mount Saint Mary’s University in Los Angeles. Originally from Massachusetts, Linardi lived in California for over 20 years and now resides in Stony Point, NY. She has three children, and serves as a leadership mentor to inner-city youth through Mentored.
