Kim Cafiero, MBA

Director of Marketing

As RVNAhealths's director of marketing, Kim Cafiero works with her team to build awareness, interest, and relationships in the many communities we serve, as well as identify audiences who may benefit from RVNAhealth services.

Kim joined RVNAhealth from CrossBay Capital Partners in New Canaan, where she built and ran the marketing and CRM program since 2005. Earlier in her career, Kim was the Marketing Communications Manager for Carl Zeiss, NA in Thornwood, NY. Kim was a Business major at Providence College and earned an MBA in Marketing from the PACE University Lubin School of Business.

A long-time Wilton resident, Kim also held leadership positions with the Wilton PTA, Wilton Field Hockey Association, and Wilton Lacrosse Association, Kim brings to RVNAhealth a deep respect for the organizational mission, services, and a commitment to employing both traditional and new marketing technologies in order to reach all those who RVNAhealth serves.

When not working, Kim cherishes time with her children, and hiking with her husband Steve and their dog Kona.
