Paul L. Sirois

Chief Financial and Business Operations Officer

Paul L. Sirois is RVNAhealth’s Chief Financial and Business Operations Officer. In this position, he is responsible for RVNAhealth’s financial operations as well as maintaining successful inter-operability between departments to enhance service operations, meet business goals, and remain aligned to the agency mission. He leads the finance, information technology and business development teams.

Before joining RVNAhealth in February 2020, Paul spent six years as CFO/COO in the hospice industry and is committed to the delivery of high-quality, compassionate health care services. He recognizes the potential impact of each individual health care provider, from nurses and home health aides to social workers and therapists, who are all in a position to bring deep healing and comfort to patients and their families and friends.

Paul earned his Bachelor of Science degree in management at Syracuse University and holds an Advanced Certified Hospice Executive (ACHE) designation from the National Board for Home Care & Hospice Certification (NBHHC).

A resident of Bethel, CT, Paul and his wife, Carrie, and their two elementary-aged children, keep their lives filled with fun and activity. When not otherwise engaged, Paul tends to the upkeep and beautification of his 1870 antique home, a third child of sorts.
