Hospice Memorials allow you to celebrate the life and memory of your loved one, while also ensuring others continue receive the compassionate, end-of-life care they need and deserve.
Make a Gift in Memory of a Loved One
There are three ways you may choose to make a gift in memory of a loved one:

Please indicate the name of the person you are memorializing with your gift. RVNAhealth will notify a family member of your generosity.
Contributions to RVNAhealth in Lieu of Flowers
We are truly humbled when families consider naming RVNAhealth as their charity of choice in lieu of flowers. Notifying us in advance ensures we are able to appropriately communicate gifts received to family members.
We suggest including text like the below:
