Meg Whitbeck, MS, RDN

Registered Dietitian

Meg Whitbeck, MS RDN, is a registered dietitian and nutrition Educator at RVNAhealth. She supports our clinicians, provides outpatient one-on-one nutrition counseling and therapy, and provides nutrition education classes and programs in the Teaching Kitchen. Meg sees patients of all ages, from infancy through aging adults.

Her experience includes several roles at the intersection of nutrition and education, including Framingham State University and the Westport and Easton/Redding Public Schools.

Meg earned a Bachelor of Science in biology at the University of Scranton. She earned her Master of Science in Food & Nutrition while completing the Coordinated Program in Dietetics at Framingham State University. After becoming a registered dietitian in 2009, Meg began work at Tufts Medical Center in outpatient oncology. It was in that role that Meg realized her passion for using nutrition education to treat and prevent chronic disease.

A hiking, yoga, cooking, running and gardening enthusiast, Meg resides in Ridgefield with her husband, two sons and their miniature labradoodle.
