If you require support where you live, visit our In-Home Rehabilitation services page to see which services our therapists can bring to you. When you are able to come to us, our continuum of care will evolve you to our gorgeous, state-of-the-art Therapy Center in Ridgefield, CT. Our Therapy Center is located on the lower level of the RVNAhealth headquarters building, with dedicated parking spaces and same level access.

Cancellation Policy

We hope to see you, but we understand things happen. Please note, that patients who fail to show, or do not notify our office within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment time, shall be subject to a No Show/Cancellation” fee of $60. These fees are not covered by insurance and are the sole responsibility of the patient.
