When families require private-pay support, our Private Health Care Services provide nursing and physical therapy to assist with chronic and routine medical needs—and other treatments not covered by insurance. Whether you need help for one hour or twenty-four hours, our registered and licensed nurses and physical therapists will be by your side. We travel throughout western CT to support you wherever you call home, and there are no limitations on time or length of service.
RVNAhealth offers comprehensive care. Our nurses and physical therapists will communicate directly with your physician to ensure you have convenient access to the high-quality, personalized care you deserve. Should other medical–or non-medical–needs arise, our care team will arrange seamless access for you to our other support services. You focus on healing; we take care of the rest.
RVNAhealth Private Pay Nursing Services Include:
- Blood draws and lab delivery
- Catheter and enemas
- Diabetes care
- Cosmetic or other elective surgery monitoring and recovery
- Fertility medication injections
- Supplemental end-of-life care
- Medication management, pre-pours, and administration
- Medical assessments and vital-sign checks
*as needed, or recurring to monitor an ongoing condition - Accompaniment to medical appointments for advocacy and education
- Personal event accompaniment for medical assistance and monitoring
- Training of family caregivers on care routines
RVNAhealth Private Pay Physical Therapy Services Include:
- Continued physical therapy after insurance benefit limits are exhausted.
- Development and follow through of exercise routines.
- Personalized fall prevention and strength/balance programs.
Services described above are all offered as private, self-pay and are not covered by Medicare or other private insurance. If Long Term Care Insurance plans are in place, we will work with providers.
Should your needs evolve, our RVNAhealth care team will work with you to coordinate care from any of our other RVNAhealth services.
