This free, voluntary program connects pregnant women with a dedicated nurse who provides personalized guidance and support from pregnancy until your child turns two.

Who’s Eligible?
Pregnant people who reside in our service area and meet income guidelines (qualify for Husky, WIC, are under 18, or are facing financial hardship).
