RVNAhealth Payment and Insurance

RVNAhealth accepts payment for services from Medicare and Medicaid programs, from private insurance plans and managed care plans. Individuals with extenuating circumstances may be eligible to receive services at a reduced fee (or no fee). Individuals seeking discounted services will need to complete our agency financial needs assessment to be considered.

Support from RVNAhealth benefactors helps to offset the cost of care to uninsured and under-insured patients.

RVNAhealth contracts with several insurance companies for in-home healthcare services. Please contact us for our most current list at 203.438.5555.

Pre-authorization may be required prior to the initiation of services.

RVNAhealth contracts with the Medicare Part B for flu and pneumonia immunizations. We are not able to bill commercial insurance or any Medicare Advantage Plans. Children 18 and under vaccines are free through the Connecticut State Vaccine Program.

RVNAhealth does not contract with any insurance companies for office visits/immunizations or travel health clinic immunizations. Travel immunizations must be paid at the time of service and we will provide documentation to submit to insurance.
