Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups mixed berries, frozen (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries)
- ¼ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/2 tsp honey (optional)
Directions:
- In small food processor, pulse, berries many times to begin breaking down fruit. Scrape down sides and add yogurt.
- Continue blending and scraping down sides until mixture gets smooth, which may take a couple minutes. Mixture will
be thick. - Taste the sherbet. It is naturally sweet, but if you prefer additional sweetness, add honey and pulse to combine. Serve immediately.
