So Simple Mixed Berry Sherbet

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups mixed berries, frozen (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries)
  • ¼ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp honey (optional)

 

Directions:

  1. In small food processor, pulse, berries many times to begin breaking down fruit. Scrape down sides and add yogurt.
  2. Continue blending and scraping down sides until mixture gets smooth, which may take a couple minutes. Mixture will
    be thick.
  3. Taste the sherbet. It is naturally sweet, but if you prefer additional sweetness, add honey and pulse to combine. Serve immediately.
