We are also addressing the financial realities head-on. As a nonprofit organization, we are committed to ensuring that care is delivered based on need, not on reimbursement levels. This means continuing to provide services that may not be fully covered, while also pursuing operational efficiencies, diversifying funding sources, and engaging our community in new and meaningful ways. Philanthropy remains a critical bridge, enabling us to sustain programs that would otherwise be at risk.
Importantly, we are advocating for change. The disconnect between reimbursement and the true cost of care cannot persist indefinitely without consequences for access and quality.
