In the heat of summer, a cold salad can be the perfect fix. Whether it’s a side dish for your cookout or an entree for lunch or dinner, salads can be both delicious and healthful! Loaded with veggies, whole grains and protein, they can also be super satisfying! Join Carmen Weber, RVNAhealth Registered Dietitian, as we work together to make and taste four amazing salads that you’ll want to have again and again! Learn about the nutritional benefits of the ingredients along the way and leave full and inspired!
