Join Carmen Weber, RVNAhealth Registered Dietitian, for an evening of cooking using some of the seasonal bounty found at your local Farmer’s Market. Recipes are not only delicious, but are also good for your heart and your mind. Learn about the nutritional benefits of the ingredients while preparing the recipes. We’ll chat, cook and then eat! Some hands on, some demonstration.
Come alone and make new friends or bring a buddy, spouse, sibling, etc. and receive a discount. See below.
