We meet the 4th Monday of every month, 11:00 am – 12:00pm at RVNAhealth – 27 Governor Street, Ridgefield, CT.
Whether caring part time or full time for a loved-one, RVNAhealth facilitators bring this group together to discuss and share tips and strategies for your own wellness. No registration necessary.
