About Carmen
Carmen Weber, RVNAhealth Registered Dietitian has nearly 25 years of experience and holds degrees in Communication and Dietetics. She started her career in healthcare advertising before shifting to community nutrition, working with places such as the Food Bank for New York City, WIC programs, and elderly nutrition services in Fairfield County. She specializes in empowering individuals to connect food and health through one-on-one counseling, nutrition education, and cooking classes.
