Keri Linardi, RN, BSN, PHN, CHPCA

Chief Clinical Officer

Keri Linardi, RN, BSN, PHN, CHPCA oversees all of RVNAhealth’s clinical service lines, as well as the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement teams. As Chief Clinical Officer, Keri ensures that our services, spanning In-Home Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, Hospice, and individual and community Health and Wellness, meet and exceed the needs of our patients and their families.

With more than two decades of health care experience, Linardi is a seasoned clinical executive and practitioner with experience managing multi-functional teams at large home health and hospice organizations. Most recently she served as Vice President of Hospice at VNA Health Group in New Jersey where she specialized in palliative and end-of-life care. Prior to joining RVNAhealth in December 2018 as CCO, Linardi, a certified hospice and palliative care administrator (CHPCA), supported its Hospice accreditation process as an expert consultant. “Seeing the hospice service line become accredited and grow into a full-fledged end of life care program has been exciting and rewarding.”

Linardi is a passionate advocate for continued development and advancement of clinical health at RVNAhealth. Her vision includes Increased coordination between the Clinical Service Lines to provide education to the Community on differing health topics, development of specialty programs that include Certified Practioners in respective areas, developing the current Palliative Care Program to insure all Clinical Practice Guidelines are in line with the 4th edition standards just released. I also see them using more data analytics to look at trends and outcomes to help the agency prepare for a move towards Population Healthcare on the East Coast, Predictive Staffing as well as Improved Clinical Outcomes for Best in Practice Care.

Keri’s passion, along with her commitment to RVNAhealth’s future, is a recipe for success. “I am impressed with the authenticity of RVNAhealth’s mission and by the strong integration of individual and community care across service lines that serve a lifetime,” says Linardi. “Being invited into patient and family homes — and lives — is a privilege that RVNAhealth takes very seriously and I enjoy helping the team remain strong, reliable, and poised for ongoing progress and growth. Linardi received a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing as well as her Public Health Nurse Certification from Mount Saint Mary’s University in Los Angeles. Originally from Massachusetts, Linardi lived in California for over 20 years and now resides in Stony Point, New York. She has three children, ages 22, 19, and 13. Linardi serves as a leadership mentor to inner city youth through Mentored and, when time permits, enjoys the occasional beach vacation.
